If your orders are over $250, free shipping is provided to your driveway, front door, porch, or garage. Dufresne Return Policy
You can cancel orders prior to delivery or pick-up within 30 days from the purchase date. However, if 30 days have passed and you still want to cancel, a 10% restocking fee will be charged. You can also change your order within 48 hours of receiving it without any penalties, however, you cannot exchange appliances. Dufresne doesn’t offer reselections or returns on appliances, mattresses, box springs, mattress pads cleaning products, and pillows.
